Responsibilities :
Looking for a young and energetic BD & CS Manager.
The job role requires client relations, mapping, calling, initiating discussions with prospective clients, making presentations (both online and offline), and handling the entire account end to end.

Requirements :
MBA from a reputed college or business school.
Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, and communications.
Experience in interacting directly with senior executives/brand managers of the brands.

Manager – Strategy & Planning
Responsibilities :
Crafting brilliant presentations for brand briefs. Analysing trends, and have a passion for activation planning and campaign strategies.
Draft creative and functional strategies for brands and campaigns using tools like videos, communication designs, tech experiences, and games.
Coming up with new & out of the box ideas every time.
Developing scripts, voiceovers, storyboards, and other content relating to BTL Campaign.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and marketing, to ensure the content aligns with business goals and objectives.
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new avenues.
Making pitch presentations with smart use of Power Point, Canva and Google Slides (presentation skills are mandatory)
Help in developing various collaterals and communication material such as leaflets, pamphlets, brochures, detailers etc. (have a sense of designing).
Cracking briefs for BTL campaigns and coming up with BTL promotional plans (creative & strategic thinking)
Understanding brand’s objectives and designing campaigns based on the objectives (understanding of marketing concepts)
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's brand voice and values
Present proposed business strategies to decision-makers.
Conduct market research to form business strategies.
Stay ahead of the curve by constantly analysing industry trends.
Support the team in all business strategy development tasks.
Requirements :
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing.
A minimum of 2 years experience at any advertising/marketing agency.
Analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint/Canva/Google Slides.
Bonus points for experienced candidates from a BTL marketing agency.

Responsibilities :
Lead and direct the creative team providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual concepts and designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, branding, and content teams, to understand project requirements and develop creative strategies.
Conceptualize and develop innovative and compelling visual designs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia elements for various channels, including print, digital, social media, and video.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within budgetary constraints.
Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to the creative team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting design concepts and strategies, and obtaining buy-in for creative initiatives.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and familiarity with multimedia software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Responsibilities :
Develop creative and strategic concepts for advertising campaigns collaborating closely with art directors, designers, and account managers to ensure the alignment of messaging and visual elements
Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a wide range of deliverables like print ads, digital ads, social media posts, websites, email campaigns, video scripts, and product descriptions.
Research on client industries, target audiences, and competitors to gather insights and create compelling copy that resonates with the intended audience.
Collaborate with art directors and designers to develop integrated and cohesive campaigns, ensuring that the copy and visual elements work seamlessly to deliver a unified message.
Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines, style guides, and industry best practices.
Present and pitch copy concepts to clients, effectively articulating the creative rationale behind each concept and incorporating client feedback into the final copy.
Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Maintain a strong understanding of each client's brand voice, tone, and guidelines, ensuring that all copy produced is consistent with the client's brand identity.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Copywriter in a creative advertising agency or a similar role.
