A detailed quantitative study was conducted for over 10,000 farmers to understand their attitude towards the brand and preferences for borewell irrigation.

Brand film and digital leaflets in vernacular languages highlighting the USPs shared on WhatsApp.

Farmer engagement dine through a series of “Did You Know” posts followed by a quiz competition and weekly winner announcements and gratifications through WhatsApp & CRM activity.

The campaign enabled us to study the value perception, enablers, and barrier to adoption of Tata Pipes.

Leads from the captive and non-captive customers were collected and managed and a comprehensive study report was submitted.
